ShinMaywa's blower is paid attention in details, employing helical type rotor to reduce noise, labyrinth structure to prevent oil leakage and ball bearing to maintain easily.

Submersible aerator can be used both aerobic and anaerobic operation in combination with air blower.For lower discharge type, we have two kinds of aerator, SJ that is multi-pole motor directlinkage type, SJL that is motor with reduction gear type.For upper discharge, SU that is multi-pole motor direct linkage type and suitable for deep depth tank.

Standard constructions include semi-open impellers for small pumps and closed impellers for medium and larger pumps. The impeller has been improved to form ideal blades for high efficiency. An oil bath lubrication system is adopted for bearings. Maintenance is easy to perform because construction is simple and the number of parts in the water passage section is minimized.
